A quick update.
On Saturday, April 30th Catherine Middleton stepped out from Buckingham Palace wearing a Zara pleated dress, the same that I had included in a post about Zara spring dresse and skirts 2 weeks earlier ;-)
I've got an eye for trends, innit?

Sabato, 30 aprile, Catherine Middleton รจ uscita da Buckingham Palace indossando un vestito a piegoline di Zara, lo stesso che avevo incluso in un post sui vestiti e le gonne di Zara primaverili 2 settimane prima ;-)
Ho occhio per i trend, vero?
This past week I've been out and about shops for my styling projects and for my sister wedding gown (thets we found). In my wanderings I've been positively struck, for the first time, by the S/S'11 Zara collection for women and men.
In particular I liked the colour block/stripey, Prada rip off, tees and and skirts, but on a second review I noticed how Zara long flowy dresses and skirts are not only in trend but above all decently cut,saw, lined, and have cute details.
I have to say that with this S/S collection Zara is ahead of the game, whilst H&M has lost it's way :-(
Questa settimana sono stato in giro per negozi per sviluppare i miei progetti di styling e per il vestito del matrimonio della mia sorellina ( che abbiamo trovato!). Nel mio girovagare sono stato positivamente colpito, per la prima volta, dalla collezione P/E '11 di Zara sia uomo che donna.
In particolare mi sono piaciute le t-shirt e le gonne, copiate da Prada, colorate e a righe, ma d una seconda occhiata ho notato quanto i lunghi, vestiti scivolati e le gonne, non solo sono in trend, ma sopratutto decentemente taglati, cucinti, rifiniti ed hanno dei bei dettagli.
Devo veramente dire che con la collezione P/E '11 Zara si pone un (bel) passo avanti al competitor H&M, che, invece, sembra aver perso la strada :-(
